Q: How long will the hair last?
A: SEW-WHAT? VIRGIN HAIR! will last 12-36 months or longer depending on proper personal care. The Mink hair grade will last 6 months or longer depending on proper personal care.

Q: What's the weight of your hair?
A: 3.5-4oz. The longer the hair the thinner the bundles.

Q: How many bundles do I need?
A: We suggest the average person needs 8-10oz for a full install depending on the length, fullness, and head size.
     What we recommend:
     At least 2 bundles for 10'-16'
     At least 3 bundles for 18'-24'
     4 or more bundles for any lengths longer than 24'

Q: Do you offer wholesale?
A: No, not at the moment. Hopefully, this will be available in the near future!

Q: What is your shipping and return policy?

Q: I live locally. Do I still have to pay for shipping?
A: Unfortunately, yes!  All orders that was purchased online must be shipped as stated.  NO exceptions!

Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: Yes, overseas shipping is available at a flat shipping rate of $50

Q: What's the difference between Brazilian, Malaysian, and Peruvian hair?
A: Brazilian is silkier and shiner
    Malaysian hair appears to be shinier than Brazilian but a little thicker
    Peruvian is the thickest and more coarser of them all

Q: Are your wefts sealed?
A: No, we do not seal our wefts. 

Q: What are your hours?
A: Available 6 days a week Mon-Fri 9am-9pm, Sat 9-5, & Closed on Sunday
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are a online store only that keeps inventory on hand at times.  We currently don't have a storefront, but we will soon!  SEW, stay tuned....
Q: How long will I get a tracking number after my order has been placed?
A: Depending on in-house inventory, you can receive tracking with-in 24hrs after order has been placed.  However, under normal circumstances, you will receive tracking within 3-7 business days or sooner. If your order is pending, and we haven't received a definite payment, tracking will not be available until we have received payment confirmation.

Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: 3-7 business days or sooner depending on inventory.  Local orders maybe sooner. International shipping can take up to 7-30 business days.

Q: Can I ship to a different address?
A: Yes, If there's no discrepancy with payment.  We only ship to confirmed addresses.

Q: Are the new products from the same vendor?
A: Yes! We only deal with 1 vendor. That's why we only offer a select few of products.
