Q: What makes SEW-WHAT? VIRGIN HAIR! different?
A: SEW-WHAT? VIRGIN HAIR! is always hand picked. Assuring you're always getting the best quality extensions each and every time. Our extensions is raw unprocessed hair that hasn't been dyed with any chemicals. 

Q: How long will the hair last?
A: SEW-WHAT? VIRGIN HAIR! RAW hair will last 24-36 months or longer depending on proper personal care. The Virgin hair grade will last 6 months or longer depending on proper personal care.

Q: What's the weight of your hair?
A: 3.5-4oz. The longer the hair the thinner the bundles.

Q: How many bundles do I need?
A: We suggest the average person needs 8-10oz for a full install depending on the length, fullness, and head size.
     What we recommend:
     At least 2 bundles for 10'-16'
     At least 3 bundles for 18'-24'
     4 or more bundles for any lengths longer than 24'

Q: Do you offer wholesale?
A: No, not at the moment. Hopefully, this will be available in the near future!

Q: What is your shipping and return policy?

Q: I live locally. Do I still have to pay for shipping?
A: Unfortunately, yes!  All orders that was purchased online must be shipped as stated.  NO exceptions!

Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: Yes, overseas shipping is available at a flat shipping rate of $50

Q: What's the difference between Brazilian, Malaysian, and Peruvian hair?
A: Brazilian is silkier and shiner
    Malaysian hair appears to be shinier than Brazilian but a little thicker
    Peruvian is the thickest and more coarser of them all
Q:  What's the difference between RAW and Virgin hair?
A:  RAW hair is collected from one donor who's hair is pure.
Virgin hair is collected from two up to three donors.  This grade is still of  GREAT quality.

Q: Are your wefts sealed?
A: No, we do not seal our wefts. 
We do recommend you seal your wefts on curly hair as well as our virgin hair.

Q: What are your hours?
A: Available 6 days a week Mon-Fri 9am-7pm, Sat 9-3, & Closed on Sunday.
Q:  When will I receive a response if I have any questions or concerns? 
Any questions and/or concerns will be answered within 24-48 hrs.  We WILL NOT RESPOND during late hours.  If we do make an exception and respond after hours, this is considered a COURTESY ONLYPlease refer to the CONTACT US section for more information.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are an online store only that keeps inventory on hand at times.  We currently don't have a storefront.
