SEW-WHAT Shipping and Return Policy
We will ship all goods within 3-7 business days of cleared payment receipt. We need this time to properly process your order for accuracy and deliver goods for shipment. If by chance your payment is pending, your order WILL NOT be shipped until payment has been cleared. This process may also take up to 3-7 business days or longer to clear depending on your bank. Once payment has been cleared, normal processing, complied with our policy and procedures, will begin. Items may be shipped sooner depending on in-house inventory.
Orders will only be sent to the confirmed mailing address you list. So we recommend all persons to confirm your mailing address before ordering. We are not responsible for any failures or discrepancies due to addresses that is incorrect, that hadn't been confirmed, and/or updated.
All goods will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) and we will not make any attempts or fulfill any request to ship with any other shipping company.
Shippers: All shipping goods will receive a tracking number via email from USPS.com and/or SEW-WHAT? VIRGIN HAIR! Paypal within 3-7 business days. This gives the system enough time to update information. All shipping comes with a signature confirmation, and you MUST sign for the package. Packages shipped to a PO Box, APO, etc that can not receive a signature, will be shipped at its own risk.
Local Pick-up Service: This service is available if we have our extensions on hand and it's available for immediate purchase and pick-up. Although SEW-WHAT? VIRGIN HAIR! is a mobile store, we will provide you with information pertaining to the secured meeting location. If you cannot meet at the proper location, SEW-WHAT? VIRGIN HAIR! has the right to hold your package until you're able to meet due to security reasons. If by chance WE feel comfortable meeting you at a location of your choice, there will be an additional $15 delivery fee added, and this must be paid before delivery completion. If we DO NOT feel safe, we WILL NOT MEET!
SEW-WHAT? VIRGIN HAIR! WILL NOT make any house deliveries! If you are a local customer who purchased online, you WILL NOT be able to pick-up your extensions instead of it being mailed. Your package will be mailed with tracking as stated above.
SEW-WHAT? VIRGIN HAIR! WILL NOT be held responsible for ANY delays due to customs or shipping reasons.
